Returns / Refunds

If, for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with the product received, please get in touch with us as soon as possible using the Contact form. If your products has arrived damaged, you will need to provide a photo so we can clearly asses the situation. You can claim a refund or a replacement and we would be happy to support you with the best solution in accordance with the situation.

We will only accept a refund request if the item received has arrived damaged and unopened, in the original packaging. Buyer's remorse will not qualify for a refund.
